Coffee or Tea

Coffee and tea are the most widely consumed beverages in the world, both of which are very popular. They play an important role in increasing the energy level in your body. They contain a chemical called caffeine, which keeps the human body active. In addition, they are rich in antioxidants that protect people from various diseases. The history of coffee and tea is very old. It is said that there was a king of a country who went on a tour. On the way, he sat down to rest under a tree and was asked to drink hot water. There, a leaf of a plant fell into the water and the color of the water changed. When the king smelled it, he smelled it, and when he tasted it, he tasted it. Bus! Then came the use of the leaves of plants that were originally tea leaves. How did coffee reach us? This is also an interesting story. It is said that the goats of a shepherd named Kaldi ate some seeds of the surrounding bushes and jumped in ecstasy as soon as they saw them. The shepherd was very upset by the move of the goats and went ahead and chewed a seed and he suffered from the same condition. It was a coffee bean with a pleasing aroma. Even today, when the blood pressure in the body is low, a cup of coffee is helpful in raising the blood pressure.

In the 15th century, a poor man named Baba Boden brought seven coffee beans from Yemen to India, hiding them in his belt. Baba Bodhan’s hometown was Mysore, a city in southern India. Later, small-scale coffee cultivation was started here. In 1840, for the first time, coffee cultivation and production began on a large scale in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, then soon other areas of southern India, including Tamil Nadu and Kerala, came under its sway. In the 19th century, the British expanded coffee cultivation to become a major source of coffee trade. Even today, coffee is a favorite drink of many South Indians. They have a cup of coffee in the morning and also in the evening, as it is a means of relieving fatigue. The popularity of tea in the 1870s had a profound effect on the coffee trade, but with government support, people continued to cultivate coffee. On October 27, 1957, the first coffee house was inaugurated in Delhi, the capital of India. It became a popular meeting place for people. This coffee house still exists today. A cup of coffee provides 11% vitamin B2, 6% vitamin B5, 3% magnesium and 2% magnesium. Research shows that it helps reduce body fat and is good for the liver. Better drink Both coffee and tea affect human health but which of the two is more beneficial for human health? Come on! Know the answer to this question. Both coffee and tea contain a stimulant called caffeine that keeps a person awake and active.

A 2015 research study found that people who consumed adequate amounts of caffeine had a lower risk of diabetes than those who did not consume any tea or coffee. Other diseases include some heart diseases, mental illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and tremors. It can also reduce the risk of cancers such as bowel cancer, uterine cancer, and liver cancer. A cup of coffee usually contains 80 to 100 milligrams of caffeine. According to Christopher Gardner, director of nutrition studies at the Stanford Prevention Research Center, a cup of tea contains only 30 to 50 milligrams of caffeine. “Black tea contains two to three times more caffeine than black tea,” says Matthew Chow, an assistant clinical professor of neuroscience at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. However, this ratio depends on many factors, including the type of tea, the amount of tea used to make a cup. As the water temperature rises over time, the tea becomes black tea. Black tea, for example, contains 48 mg of caffeine, while green tea contains only 29 mg of caffeine. Pure herbal teas like mint tea and chamomile tea do not contain caffeine. Be clear that you do not use too much caffeine. According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), four to five cups a day is sufficient. Caffeine overdose Caffeine overdose can lead to conditions such as nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness and, in extreme cases, epileptic seizures. Caffeine tolerance varies from person to person, so it’s important to remember how your body reacts to it and adapts to it. Tea gives you long lasting energy and keeps you active for a long time but since coffee contains more caffeine than tea it will make you more happy. This is because tea contains L-theanine, unlike coffee. It is an ischemical that slows down the digestion of caffeine. A brief 2008 research study found that participants who used a combination of L-theanine and caffeine performed better on the consciousness test than those who used caffeine alone. Research has concluded that the combination of the two improves both academic performance and concentration. Both green tea and black tea contain L-theanine. This substance is 5.13 mg in black tea and 6.56 mg in green tea. Antioxidants Although both coffee and tea contain antioxidants, coffee has more antioxidants. These are chemical compounds that can reduce your risk of certain diseases, such as cancer or diabetes. A 2013 study found that coffee contains not only tea but also hot chocolate, and more antioxidants than red wine. Common antioxidants found in coffee include chlorogenic, fructose, caffeic, and n-acetic acid. Some experts also consider caffeine to be an antioxidant. Similarly, a major component of green tea called catechins is also considered to be an antioxidant which has anti-inflammatory properties. Gardner says the use of antioxidants in the form of coffee or tea could potentially prevent oxidative degradation (a chemical reaction that can damage cells). “If you use them, you could potentially prevent or treat chronic anxiety disorders, such as stroke, cancer, diabetes and heart disease,” says Gardner. Take the moderate approach to the antioxidant benefits of drinking tea and coffee, as high doses of caffeine can be harmful to health. That’s why 400 mg of caffeine a day is enough.
